Air recycling system is used in many food processing plant for aspiration and is latest technology machine to avoid air pollution because no outlet of air goes in atmosphere. Industrial Air Recycling System Machine is used to separate out light impurities, immature grain, dust, husk, thrash etc. from the grain. The material which is having different densities, falls on the inlet of air recycling machine. Low density material will be picked up from the inlet by the negative pressure of air created by the blower and lower density material when reaches at a higher volume space it pressure drops and material will fall on the conveyor, which is inside of machine. This conveyor will take the material out for bagging. After leaving the low density material this air will be sucked by the blower and again sent to the inlet of machines and this cycles repeats and no air is exhausted in the atmosphere. We can easily adjust the quantity of air and pressure by adjusts the air control valve of the blower for getting desired result.

The material having high density which is not lifted by the air at the inlet, falls at the bottom of the machine and screw conveyor is also provided for conveying this material up to the outlet for baggage.
