MEALS PLAN -
We serve PURE VEGETARIAN only, we serve Jain food (kindly inform at booking) In AP plan tariff include all three meal (B/fast, Lunch, Even. Tea and Dinner) In MAP plan tariff include B/fast and one major meal only (Lunch & Dinner) In CP plan tariff include B/fast only
B/Fast – 08 am to 10 am
Lunch – 01 pm to 03 pm
Hi-Tea – 04:45 pm to 05:30pm
Dinner – 08 pm to 10 pm
( All served at restaurant, for room service- room service charges applicable)
PAYMENT TERMS -
To confirm the booking you have to deposit 50% advance balance at the time of Check In & in season or long weekend full payment to be deposited.
ROOM ALLOTMENT -
Room allotment is done at Resort, Check In Time:- 11:30am & Check Out Time:-09:30am.Room charges as per applicable sales tariff. Package starts with Lunch (if AP Plan) and end with B/Fast, all served at restaurant. Package with meal plan start with Lunch & end with check out day B/Fast. First day B/fast is chargeable.
All arrivals prior to 06 am are held from the previous evening and billed for from the previous evening. All arrivals between 6 am to 9 am will be charged half the tariff on room only basis. (For early check-in room will be allotted only if available).
CHARGEABLE FACILITIES –
SPA therapies are chargeable as per the rate chart in SPA. Billiard’s chargeable at nominal cost. Extra restaurant & rooms service is chargeable as per applicable menu card. Facilities like candle like dinner, bed decoration; cake can be arranged but has to be informed one day before on chargeable basis.
FACILITIES –
24 hour’s Front Desk. For Kids we have a small kids playing area, we also have a Games room with – Carom, Chess & Luddo. In weekend & season as per the occupancy we arrange for evening entertainment and Disco at our Discotheque. Common swimming pool near restaurant timing 8 am to 6 pm (costume compulsory) no baby Pool, parent’s to accompany child below 10 yrs as no life guard. Only property with Sunset & Sunrise point .Premium satellite channels. Hot water available at limited Hours.
TENTS / ROOMS –
We have TENTS made of imported farai material with attach toilet and sit out (In summer it will be hot in afternoon even with A.C).On Genset A.C. will not work.
HOUSE KEEPING –
Housekeeping is done once daily as per request, complimentary toiletries are provided. In each room we provide Tea Coffee maker (sachets are refilled once daily) and two mineral water per room per day complimentary.
TAXI SERVICES -
Our front desk representative will help you with the Local sightseeing; you have to inform 30 min before for a TAXI/ CAB (charges to be paid directly by Guest).
DISTANCES –
MUMBAI – 265 Km, PUNE – 115 km, WAI – 26 km , PANCHGANI – 13 km, SATARA – 65 Km, MAHABALESHWAR MARKET – 6 Km. (FROM MAPRO GARDEN OUR RESORT IS EXACTLY 4 KM) (Resort is approx 300mtr inside from the main road)
FOR DRIVERS –
We do not provide Drivers accommodation, they have stay in their vehicles or can take small lodges nearby, for food we charge Rs.300/- per day per Driver for the normal staff food ( still we recommend that they can have in nearby restaurant as its difficult to satisfy some Drivers as the service provided is normal )
BEST TIME TO VISIT –
Mahabaleshwar is a Hill station which is suitable for tourist throughout the year. Monsoon are very heavy in this area (from mid of June to Sept) it’s also considered as an off season. Tourist should carry umbrellas, rain coats & some woolens if visiting in this period. Nowadays a lot of Tourist visit in this period as to enjoy the waterfalls & natural charm.
